How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?

Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 7-10 working days from the date of your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices inside Dubai are included in all products. For shipping outside the UAE, such as Saudi Arabia, Africa, and other regions, please contact us at or WhatsApp Chat.

Can I pick up my order direct from your Showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom or a store to pick-up products directly.

How can I track my order?

Does someone need to be office to accept delivery?

Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.

Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, carrying items up stairs, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items or you are not comfortable carrying your items, we suggest having an additional person to assist with the placement of your items inside.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

How will I know how my order is progressing?

Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly to the workshop. So that you can monitor the progress of your purchase you will receive three emails or whatsapp chat regarding the status of your order. You will be alerted by email at the following stages;

Once your payment has been accepted

Once your order is dispatched from our manufacturer into your chosen address

Once your order has been delivered


How do I return my purchase?

Stock items can be returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and return the item no later than three days after delivery. The item you are returning must be brand-new, unopened, and in the original packaging with all product tags still attached. The term “new and unused” refers to products that have not been used or worn and are in perfect condition. The consumer will be responsible for returning the goods.

What happens if I don’t like the custom made product once it arrives?

Custom-made items cannot be returned/exchanged.

We will replace or repair your order if it arrives damaged or defective, or we will produce and send out a replacement as soon as we can. Any claims for replacement of lost or damaged items must be reported to the delivery crew at the time of delivery or they will not be considered. For the duration specified, the manufacturer’s warranty on defective products is still in effect.


What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

Office4U warrants all goods for a period of three years under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Office4U’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;

Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;

Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;

Any indirect or consequential loss.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Order Number or invoice is considered proof of purchase. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Office4U will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Office4U to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

How long is your warranty?

All Office4U’s products are backed by a three year warranty.

What do I do if I have a problem with a FIT product?

Are your prices in UAE Dirham(AED)?

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED).

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices include your country specific VAT.

Special order and Customization

What can I customize in the Office4U furniture range?

Customizations options vary depending on the product you have selected. You will be able to select the size, shape, material and color of the components and we will let you know about feasibility and cost. Then we can produce it for you.

Can I request colors to be used that are not in the Office4U offer?

In your Special Order Request email, you can specify a color and Office4U will decide if it is possible and send you an email about price and delivery time.

Can I request custom dimensions of my product?

Yes, with products ordered as a Special Order.

I have purchased from you before. How can I match materials and finish from this earlier purchase with my next?

All purchase information would have been outlined in the receipt that was sent to you from Please email, state the email address that was used to make your purchase and we will supply your previous order information.

How do I purchase multiple quantities of the same design?

To purchase quantities of the same design, simply add your item to your cart and edit ‘quantity’ .


How do I assemble my Office4U product(s)?

Each Office4U product family is assembled differently. You will receive a set of intuitive and easy to follow instructions that guide you through the assembly process for your specific furniture piece. It’s advisable that you have someone to assist during assembly.

What will I need to assemble my Office4U product?

Office4U office furniture need only be assembled by hand. But securing shelves to the wall will require a drill and screwdriver. For safety reasons, securing tall shelf units to the wall is advisable.

How long will it take to assemble my Office4U product?

This depends on the product you have purchased, however we have planned that assembly is a quick and simple process.

Can I dissemble my Office4U furniture for transportation?

Absolutely, Office4U furniture can be easily disassembled for easy transportation. We do recommend you take care when disassembling your furniture though, as rough handling may lead to chipping or denting of your Office4U product.

The plywood and veneers that Office4U furniture uses are sourced from large Polish wood producers that responsively manage forests and supply chains.
